Geological Engineering Student Club was founded at 1994 to coordinate the orientation and activity schedule between the department and its students.  Its totally an independent student organization, which have its own board.

The board makes weekly meetings to organize the club's activities. These activities include field excursions, technical trips, seminars and panels, which are designed for students to gain the understanding of both the practical experience and social connection. The major connection between different terms are maintained mainly by e-group of the club.The Club also aims to have its own web page in the near future.
